Welcome

Namaste and Welcome. This blog is an answer to a question. The more that I learn - the more that I want to share. This blog is for the sharing of information to help you with your journey towards home. Home - means God/Goddess, Heaven, Universal Consciousness, Oneness, or what ever is "right" for you. My hope - is that you will find within these pages, an idea - that will spark something within you. Intended to help your growth or generate conversation. Hopefully we will all grow in our knowledge and move closer to the source.

Bible is Corrupted

Has our scriptures been corrupted by Constantine? In the words of Prof. Bart D. Ehrman in his book, The Orthodox Corruption of Scripture: “...theological disputes, specifically disputes over Christology, prompted Christian scribes to alter the words of scripture in order to make them more serviceable for the polemical task. Scribes modified their manuscripts to make them more patently ‘orthodox’ and less susceptible to ‘abuse’ by the opponents of orthodoxy” -- which orthodoxy was the Church of the Roman Emperor Constantine.

What do You want?

I invite your comments. It is my understanding that people want "fresh" content. This is the main purpose of blogs.

If that is the case -- What is it - that you would like to talk about?

If I do not have any feed back - I can not be sure, that I am filling the need, of the blog. If this blog is just to talk to my self - I can do that at home on paper.

I do not really care if you agree with me or not -- At least you can say so. The whole idea - is to converse and to learn.

Gospel of the Holy Twelve

I was guided to another book. This book came from another time. It was written in Arabic.

Discovered and removed from the Vatican vault. The title is The Gospel of the Holy Twelve. This is a book that can be compared to the 4 gospel books of the Christian Bible.

However, this book contains several details that was left out of the gospels. There are details and explanations that the "state church" of the Roman Empire did not want the people to have.

It is my believe - that this gospel is much closer to the the "truth". Don't take my word for it -- download your copy today and see for your self.

Meditation

One of the ways to help a person to "know themselves" is to use meditation. There have been many ways to describe meditation, over the years. Most of these teachings are not true meditation. To get a better idea, as to what meditation is visit this site.

Take your time and browse through the available information. I am sure that you will find some little bid bit that you were not aware of.

Teaching?

There is no way that I can teach or instruct anyone -- if they are not willing to learn. The only way a person can be willing to learn -- is to have a open mind, and set aside their "way of thinking". They have to be able to use the two ears -- instead of their one mouth.

One Teacher

In addition to the scriptures where Jesus commands the disciples not to be called teacher, for there is only One Teacher (Mt 23:8), this same Truth can be demonstrated using the first century witness known as the Recognitions of Clement, where St. Clement quotes the teachings of the Apostle Peter. In chapter 59, under the heading of The True Prophet, Clement writes:

“But I would not have you think, that in saying this I take away the power of judging concerning things; but I give counsel that no one walk through devious places, and rush into errors without end. And therefore I advise not only wise men, but indeed all men who have a desire of knowing what is advantageous to them, that they seek after the true Prophet; for it is He alone who knoweth all things, and who knoweth what and how every man is seeking. For He is within the mind of every one of us, but in those who have no desire of the knowledge of God and His righteousness, He is inoperative; but He works in those who seek after that which is profitable to their souls, and kindles in them the light of knowledge. Wherefore seek Him first of all; and if you do not find Him, expect not that you shall learn anything from any other. But He is soon found by those who diligently seek Him through love of the truth, and whose souls are not taken possession of by wickedness. For He is present with those who desire Him in the innocence of their spirits, who bear patiently, and draw sighs from the bottom of their hearts through love of the truth; but He deserts malevolent minds, because as a prophet He knows the thoughts of every one. And therefore let no one think that he can find Him by his own wisdom, unless, as we have said, he empty his mind of all wickedness, and conceive a pure and faithful desire to know Him. For when any one has so prepared himself, He Himself as a prophet, seeing a mind prepared for Him, of His own accord offers Himself to his knowledge”.

Shooting

What is the deal with that shooter in Virginia? I just don't understand how a person of the age of 23 can have that many problems. What is this world coming too?

I think that if more people would start to believe in "something", there would be a lot less problems. How did that old song go? .... oh ya ... "All we need is Love."

What happened to the saying about ... Treat everyone as you would like to be treated.

Roads

There are countless roads that will take you from California to New York.

The same goes for spiritual paths.

Point to remember -- Do not judge another persons religion or beliefs. -- If we follow the "signs" and we are dedicated, we will all reach our destination.

Point to remember -- Wisdom is not obtained by "knowing the answer" -- it is gained through the experiences of the quest.

Contacts

As we travel through the journey of our life --

Everyone that we meet -- is a Teacher -- at the same time -- they are also a Student.

I find that most people are so caught up in the "me" -- that they forget to slow down -- long enough to find out which one they are.

Point to remember -- We were created with two ears and one mouth. -- Therefore, you must listen twice as much as you talk.

People

My favorite "bible" characters are Enoch, Job, Elijah, Elisha, other than Jesus. A problem that I have, is that I can't seem to find much information on them.
The bible talks about "what" they did. But, it doesn't tell you "how". If you have any information on these people - could you let me know.

Church

I hardly ever went to church because most of it didn't make sense to me. I found that most of the "church goers" said one thing, then did something different. Now that I have "graduated" from that type of beliefs, I find it even harder to talk to "church goers".
I would like to help them "see the light". But, most of them have such a closed mind, it is like hitting a brick wall, that hits back.

looking

Currently I am looking for a meditation script or some information on "clearing". If you are aware of any - please let me know.
